This is a launch-ready policy draft. The business owner must add the legal business name, support email, postal address, and final data-retention periods before publishing the app.

Information we collect

Transfer Bazaar may collect account details such as name, phone number, email address and profile photo; listing details and item photos; approximate city; pickup location when a seller chooses to provide it; chats, offers, reports, reviews and transaction-related activity; and technical information needed for security, reliability and fraud prevention.

Location privacy

A seller's precise pickup location is not intended to be public by default. Directions should only be shown when the seller explicitly permits location sharing. Users can deny device location permission and enter a city or area manually.

How information is used

Information is used to provide accounts, publish listings, connect buyers and sellers, offer transport quotes, prevent abuse, investigate reports, operate admin controls, improve the service and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

The production service may use Firebase services from Google for authentication, database, file storage, security and hosting. Phone numbers used for OTP authentication may be processed by Google for authentication and abuse prevention. Maps, analytics, crash reporting, messaging and payment providers must be listed here if they are enabled.

Sharing and safety

Public listing information is visible to marketplace users. Private account details are not sold. Information may be shared with service providers, when a user requests a transaction or transport quote, to enforce safety rules, or when required by law.

Control and deletion

Users should be able to edit their profile, remove listings, block other users and request account deletion. A production support email and account-deletion web link must be added here before the Play Store launch.

Children

Transfer Bazaar is intended for adults who can enter into marketplace transactions. The final age requirement must match the service's legal terms and Play Console declarations.
