Marketplace role

Transfer Bazaar helps users discover and communicate about used goods. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the platform is not the buyer, seller, owner, transporter or guarantor of listed items.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, have the right to sell listed goods, inspect goods before purchase, communicate respectfully, protect account access and comply with applicable laws. Counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, illegal or misleading listings are prohibited.

Safety

Users should meet in safe locations, avoid advance payments to unknown parties, verify item condition and ownership, and report suspicious conduct. Shared pickup locations must not be misused.

Moderation

Transfer Bazaar may review reports, restrict content, suspend accounts and preserve records when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or platform integrity.

Transport providers

Quotes and advertisements from transport providers are supplied by independent businesses. Users must verify pricing, insurance, identity and service terms directly with the provider.

Liability and disputes

Transactions are conducted between users at their own judgment. Final warranty, limitation of liability, governing-law, cancellation and dispute terms must be completed with qualified legal advice before public launch.
